Prospective Infant Adoptive Parents Workshop

This educational workshop is an introduction to domestic adoption and the first step to entering into our adoption program.

At this Workshop you will learn:

  • Who we are

  • What to expect from us

  • The process that we follow

  • The services we provide to both adoptive families and birth parents

  • Next steps on your adoption journey

Alaska Adoption Services also requires the families to complete online learning modules in the Domestic Infant Adoption package through Creating a Family to better equip our adoptive parents for their adoption journey.

*Certificates from previously taken Adoption Learning Partners courses will still be accepted.

These courses are required before applicants may apply with our agency, either before or after the workshop
