Hello, we are Amy and Jeremy. We met in North Carolina at a furniture factory, and as soon as we met, we knew we were meant to be. We got married shortly after meeting (6 months in) and have been happily married for 21 years. We have three beautiful children together and would love to expand our family even more.

Jeremy was born in Tennessee and grew up in Tennessee, North Carolina, and lived in Kodiak, Alaska, for several years. Amy was born and raised in Ohio. We eventually settled down together in North Carolina before moving to Alaska to be around the beautiful outdoors and have a fresh start.

Jeremy works as head of security in the oil field and is the main support for the household, while Amy works chosen hours at a salon so she can always make time for her kids, even though they are now all grown up.

We love to spend our time outdoors hiking and kayaking, traveling with our family, and planning little getaways to reconnect with each other and our center of self. If we are unable to spend any time outside, we have a great time painting and woodworking together. We have always found a sense of peace and calm working on a craft that is truly ours. We have two wonderful pets, one dog named Mia that has been with us since our kids were little. She is a husky, lab, and American bulldog mix who loves children like they’re her own. We also have our cat Gracie, who has brought energetic fun back into the house.

We have always cultivated a home full of love, happiness, openness, learning, and understanding. We have also always taught our children to treat others as they wish to be treated, with compassion and kindness. We can’t wait to be able to teach this to our new addition to our family.
