Hello, from Mckenzie & Cooper! We included our dogs, Fisher and Denali, because they rarely travel without us! We can’t forget our two cats as well, Sable and Dax. Our home has been happily filled with fourlegged friends, and now we’re thrilled to start our next adventure. We are both born and raised in Anchorage and have no desire to leave this wonderful state we call home. Cooper’s roots are German and Alaska Native, while Mckenzie’s are Irish, Norwegian, and fourth-generation Alaskan. Our families play a central role in our lives, and we’re fortunate to live within five minutes of both sets of parents.

Together we share the love of travel and gaining new experiences. Our date nights are purely quality time like long walks, going out for dinner, cabin weekends, movie nights, or a new activity like making a special sweet treat for each holiday. We spend many weekends at the family cabin on the lake tubing, boating, sunbathing, or making smores! Other weekends we go south to our other cabin on the river where we are fishing, relaxing, and enjoying Alaska’s beauty all year round. We’ve explored many different countries and take multiple trips a year to the states. We love traveling for family time, exploring new places, seeing old friends, attending major sporting events, or just to soak up some sunshine. We value experiences and time together more than anything.

We live an active, healthy lifestyle and spend as much time outdoors as we can. Cooper enjoys going to the gym, watching football, fishing, skiing, hunting, golfing, and playing soccer. He was raised with a strong work ethic and a love for adventure. He works hard but believes deeply in being home for dinner and protecting family time. Some of his favorite moments are simple Sunday afternoons, both of us piled on the couch with the pets, watching sports and taking time to slow down.

Mckenzie loves riding horses, going to the gym, fishing, reading, baking, and taking daily walks with the dogs. She finds joy in preparing homemade breads, bagels, pasta, cookies, and more for the week ahead. 

Above all, we promise a home full of stability, laughter, adventure, and unconditional love. Our greatest hope is to create a life where our children feel safe, celebrated, and deeply known.
