We are Amanda and Jen, and we are so grateful you are taking the time to learn a little about our family. We live in Alaska on our dream property in Chugiak, where life is full of fresh air, muddy boots, and lots of love. Amanda has lived in Alaska for 26 years and Jen for 21, and it truly feels like home. We share our days with our adopted daughter, Arwen, two sweet dogs, Charlotte and Everest, and a lively flock of chickens. Much of our time is spent outside—gardening, working in the yard, hiking, and simply enjoying the beauty around us. Amanda loves being in the mountains and baseball, while Jen enjoys canning and processing the food we grow and building and creating in the garage.

Amanda works as a project manager for an environmental company, and Jen is a stay-at-home mom who plans to continue being home full-time with our next child. Adoption has already blessed our lives in the most incredible way through Arwen, and we feel deeply called to grow our family through adoption again. We value trust, faith, hard work, and strong community ties. Our home is filled with laughter, steady routines, unconditional love, and the kind of support that comes from being surrounded by family and friends who walk alongside us. We are excited and hopeful about welcoming another child into our hearts and home.
